The Foundation

30 years in the
British Royal Air Force (RAF)

Peter's standards were not formed in a classroom. He progressed through a 30-year career in the British Royal Air Force in fast jet operations: one of the most safety-critical environments in existence.

He held leadership roles across engineering, safety, and quality management under operational pressure, and delivered large-scale technical and safety training to over 200 Italian Air Force officers on Tornado aircraft servicing protocols.

That background: where a procedural failure can be catastrophic and non-negotiable standards are the baseline: shapes every engagement Vero takes on today.
